 You may be aware that the Government are providing a discount to help with the rising cost of energy. While we are not predominantly a domestic supplier, we do want to provide as much information as possible.

 Currently there is an explainer, published by the Government, with all the information we currently know about this scheme. As more information is available, we will update our domestic portfolio. Be Aware

 We know a lot of people are receiving fraudulent texts, emails and calls from companies pretending to be suppliers regarding the Energy Bills Support Scheme. We want to give you some information on how we will handle this scheme to ensure you do not fall prey to these companies.

 We will not contact customers unsolicited and ask for bank details to pay the discount direct into your bank account. We have identified our domestic portfolio and will add the discount directly to your energy account to offset your balance monthly.

 If you receive a call and do not think it’s us, please take the following steps:

 – Confirm you believe the call is false, and that you will call us back

 – Call us on our published telephone number, 0333 370 9900, or email us on customercare@pozitive.energy

 All of our staff are trained to understand our customers’ need for vigilance and security, and will never pressure you to call specific numbers or stay on the call.
